- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★This coffee house stands apart in Lindsay, combining fresh food and convenience in the adjoined Pita Pantry shop, and the relaxed coffee house/lounge atmosphere of the Common Grounds itself. It suffers a bit from location as the sun tends to cook anyone sitting near the windows on the west side of the venue, but there's little the owner can do to really resolve that without taking away light so its understandable. Great couches, lots of seating, lots of selection of specialty coffees, desserts and lunches. Closes at 7pm though, and I think that's a con and makes it harder to justify going there at all in the evening.
