  Tryed to call the store but a girl answers but she can not here me. Then I called the main line then they tell me my restaurant does not deliver when I know the do because I see them drive by my place and I have been in there and seen it. 45min and being on hold for ever. I have had it. Is I call Boston pizza 3min on the phone with them and my food is ordered. That is how it is done Swiss chalet. I will never eat your food ever again.

  Hostess seemed very preoccupied and wanted to be anywhere but work. After we were seated our server made up for the initial grumpy treatment. Dana was attentive quick to take our order and very friendly which made our overall experience a good one. Very professional service and the food was good as always however portion sizes seem to have gotten way smaller in the last year.

  Long wait ,had to order from Harvey side ,very long line, had to ask a number of times for order status,finally after 20 minute wait and asking to speak to the manager did they finally check on order and brought it out half filled the person filling the order took it back to fill. Manager said that they were busy and that's the way it was. Treated rudely. When we got home discovered that part of the order was still missing. When I tried to call the store they would not answer the phone. Called the call center and they also were unable to get a reply. Finally got a call back 5 hours later and basically told they would finish filling my order me/t time in. Very poor customer treatment. Thumbs down on this one.
